Pork production in Colorado is an interesting subject as most larger producers are working hard to supply large corporations - where success is measured by shareholder value. We have the luxury and blessing to have found pork that is raised for taste, consistency, and quality of life. It's extremely easy to tell when you look at (and taste) the product.
To reserve your pork, simply add this product to your cart as a deposit and select a time for your follow-up call. During the call, we’ll discuss your cooking style, walk you through your cut sheet options, and let you know exactly where your pig came from, how it was finished, and who raised it—because knowing your food matters.
We'll also provide an estimated hanging weight and final pricing during that call. Most half pigs come in around $750 before any additional extras.
Your order includes all standard and specialty cuts, vacuum sealed packaging, and some bones items like smoked ham hocks, dog bones, rendered lard, and more.
