Rendered in-house from our Colorado Wagyu and pasture-raised Angus cattle, this beef tallow is clean, rich, and incredibly flavorful. Slow-melted for purity, it delivers a smooth texture and a naturally high smoke point — perfect for frying, roasting, cast-iron searing, or old-school baking. The Wagyu influence adds a buttery depth, while the Angus brings bold, earthy character from Colorado’s native pastures.
