Our beef comes from local Colorado Angus and Angus-cross cattle—grass-fed and grain-finished for bold flavor and beautiful marbling. We also offer exceptional grass-fed, grass-finished beef with a wonderful, rich and tender flavor. All our ranchers raise their cattle with care and integrity.

To reserve your beef, simply add this product to your cart as a deposit and select a time for your follow-up call. During the call, we’ll discuss your cooking style, walk you through your cut sheet options, and let you know exactly where your beef came from, how it was finished, and who raised it—because knowing your food matters.

We’ll also provide an estimated weight and final pricing at that time. Most of our quarter beef are approximately $1,750 for grain-finished and $2,350 for pasture-finished, before any additional extras.

Your order includes all standard cuts, vacuum-sealed packaging, and bonus items like bone broth, tallow, and more.
